Limited Lifetime Warranty
As Be Bottle is the best and most innovative double wall vacuum insulated bottle, we guarantee every Be Bottle product with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Please note that our lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, including dents, scratches, paint, and powder coat chips from the bottle being damaged or passed through a dishwasher, etc. It does cover manufacturing defects.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:
Prior to making any warranty claim please contact us @ 541-647-1183 and you will be given a warranty claim number that will help us process your warranty claim efficiently. Please ensure you have your warranty claim details including the time and place of purchase. Please note you may be required to return the product to us and send us photos to help facilitate the validation of your claim.
Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the bottle returned if you send the bottle to us.
Bottles that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your bottle at home with boiling water. Carefully pour boiling water directly into the stationary bottle, filling it. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the bottle to avoid burns. Do not hold the bottle while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the bottle. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the bottle (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you will be eligible for a replacement. Please note that bottles that have been dropped and show signs of having been dropped will not be eligible for replacement.
Bottles that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your bottle from www.bebottles.com and it has arrived damaged. If you use your bottle, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. We will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged bottle and will send out a replacement bottle upon receipt.
We will handle each warranty on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee that every bottle can be replaced in its exact form.
Warranty claims will only be approved by Be Bottle if the product was purchased directly from Be Bottle or from a reseller or distributor. This warranty is limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Be Bottle only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any be bottle products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.
If you believe you have a defective bottle and desire to make a warranty claim, simply contact us with your warranty details. Alternatively, if you purchased your Be Bottle product from an authorized Be Bottle retailer, please contact the authorized retailer that you purchased your product from to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delay.
Please note we will endeavor to fulfill your Warranty Claim with a Be Bottle of the same size and color. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement bottles under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a bottle with a custom logo or custom print, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return bottle (sorry). Once we have your defective bottle, please allow 10-15 days for return delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once the bottle has been processed for a warranty exchange and an additional email once the replacement bottle has departed our warehouse.
In no event shall Be Bottle be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
International Warranty Claims
If you purchased your Be Bottle outside of the USA, please contact the retailer to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delay.
If you do not have a retailer in your area or purchased your Be Bottle outside of your area/country, please contact us directly or send a detailed email listing the issues you are experiencing to customerservice@bebottles.com. We will provide a retailer in your area that you can contact to make your claim through.
