THE PROBLEM WITH PLASTIC

2018 brought more media exposure to the problem and more companies stepped up to reduce their plastic waste. Starbucks announced they’ll remove plastic straws from their stores in 2020. Disney followed in a similar fashion. More cities stepped up to ban plastic grocery bags. 2018 was a huge step in the right direction. While it’s great that big companies are making changes to reduce their impact, there’s so much that individuals can do to make a difference, too. From toting reusable grocery bags, to hydrating with a reusable water bottle – these small changes can add up to big results. And it’s easier than ever to look good and feel good while doing it!
